High Potential Leadership Development

This is a small-group cohort program for professionals identified as the up-and-coming leaders of your organization. Using a combination of group learning experiences with up to 12 peers as well as tailored one-on-one coaching, we deliver the following outcomes:

  • Improved understanding of what leadership is and entails
  • Essential leadership skills, techniques, and perspectives
  • Enhanced leadership, communication and performance-based skills
  • Individual goal setting to identify and address high-impact development needs
  • Team building to generate mutual support and position this group for positive future contributions to the organization

Over a six-month period, each participant receives:

    • Leadership assessment
    • Individualized development plan
    • Four full-day training sessions
  • Two individual coaching sessions
  • Individualized follow-up
